Cabot courses are designed for walking, inspired by our deep love of nature and the land itself. We are committed to providing a golf experience that allows guests to fully connect with the natural beauty of our surroundings. Our walking policy supports a more immersive, traditional style of play — one that honors the tradition of the game and encourages a deeper appreciation of the course’s landscape.

We have a limited number of medical carts for guests who provide a doctor’s note advising against walking the full length of the courses.

Yes! Cabot Citrus Farms offers a premier caddie program. To elevate your round and get the most out of your game, we encourage you to utilize the expertise of our talented caddie yard. Forecaddies and bag carrier caddies are available. While forecaddies do not carry golf bags, they provide the entire group with course knowledge off the tee, strategy tips, and green reading, while also assisting with raking bunkers, tending pins, and navigating the course. Caddie services are optional on Karoo and Roost and available by advance request. Caddies are not permitted on The Squeeze or The Wedge.

Forecaddie: $35 per player paid in the golf shop + minimum recommended gratuity of $40 per group in cash

Bag Carrier Caddies: $75 per player paid in the golf shop, plus a minimum recommended gratuity of $80 per player paid in cash

All caddie requests must be made at least 48 hours before your tee time by emailing our Concierge (for Resort Guests) or our Reservations team (for Day Guests).

We are open year-round, allowing golfers to enjoy our courses in every season.

Maintenance Period: Our 2026 course maintenance and aerification period takes place Jul 5 – Aug 4. During this time, the resort will be closed.

Yes! Cabot Citrus Farms offers a complimentary shuttle service that runs regularly along Main Street, providing easy transportation between key areas of the property, including the golf courses, cottages, and dining outlets. If you need assistance getting to your tee time, just hop on the shuttle or ask a team member for help!

Cabot Citrus Farms offers premium TaylorMade rental club sets to ensure you have the best equipment for your round. Our rental sets include the latest TaylorMade drivers, metalwoods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters, providing top-tier performance for golfers of all skill levels.

Cost: $75 per day (exclusive of taxes)

Availability: We recommend reserving your rental clubs in advance to guarantee availability

No, Cabot Citrus Farms welcomes golfers of all skill levels! There is no minimum handicap required to play our courses. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a newcomer to the game, our courses offer a variety of challenges and an unforgettable golf experience.

Cabot Citrus Farms remains open for play in light rain, but if the course is deemed unplayable due to severe weather (such as lightning or heavy rain), we will issue a prorated rain check based on the number of holes completed. Rain checks expire 1 year after the date of issue and can be used for a future round. Please visit the Golf Shop for assistance on the day of play.

Yes, Cabot Citrus Farms partners with Ship Sticks to offer a hassle-free way to transport your golf clubs. With preferred rates and an easy shipping process, your clubs can be waiting for you upon arrival. Learn more and book your shipment here.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package your clubs for shipping, including a link to track your clubs in real-time.

Ship Sticks recommends choosing a delivery date 1-3 business days prior to your arrival.

Cabot Citrus Farms offers a range of challenges for every golfer. Our two 18-hole courses provide full-length rounds for those seeking a traditional golf experience, while our short courses offer a more accessible way to play.

The Squeeze, a 10-hole course, can be enjoyed in a much shorter time frame, and The Wedge, an 11-hole par-3 course, is designed for fun, fast play with just a few short clubs.

Whether you’re looking for a quick, casual round or a championship-level challenge, there’s something here for every skill level.

Our Golf Shop offers a wide range of golf essentials and apparel, including clubs, balls, gloves, hats, shoes, and branded merchandise from Adidas, Holderness & Bourne, Greyson, B. Draddy and more.

Guests can stay in our luxury cottages, which offer a comfortable and spacious retreat just steps from world-class golf.

Each cottage is designed with relaxed, easygoing luxury in mind, providing the perfect setting for your stay.

If you arrive before your cottage is ready, you’re welcome to enjoy the property. Our Bell Staff can securely store your luggage until check-in.

While breakfast is not included in the room rate, we offer a variety of dining options on-site where you can enjoy a delicious start to your day.

Cabot Citrus Farms offers mid-stay housekeeping service for guests staying four nights or longer. For shorter stays, housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Tee Times:

Resort Guests: Tee times are non-refundable and non-transferable if canceled within 48 hours of play.

Day Guests: Tee times are non-refundable and non-transferable if canceled within 48 days of play.

Cancellations made before 48 hours will receive a full refund.

Caddies:

Forecaddies are automatically canceled if a tee time is canceled.

Bag Carrier Caddies must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Accommodations:

60+ days before arrival: No penalty for cancellations.

30-60 days before arrival: Initial deposit is forfeited.

Less than 30 days before arrival: Full accommodation fees are forfeited.

We have a 6.5% sales tax (6% FL and 0.5% Hernando County) that is applied to all services and products, as well as a 5% tourist development tax on lodging only.

We charge all services in USD.

Yes, complimentary parking is available throughout Cabot Citrus Farms for all guests. Designated parking areas are located near the cottages, golf courses, and clubhouse. Valet service is not currently offered.

Grange Hall

Grange Hall is at the heart of our property where we proudly celebrate the region’s finest flavors, partnering with local artisans to deliver an authentic Floridian experience. Indulge in a locally inspired and energizing breakfast, a light and flavorful lunch, or a lively gathering for dinner après golf—all set in the unique, vibrant atmosphere of Grange Hall. Comfort Stations

If you’re in search of a cold beverage, light snack, or grab-and-go meal while golfing, then you’ve found the right spot! Our Comfort Stations, conveniently located on Karoo’s and Roost’s golf courses, offer freshly made sandwiches and our famous hot dogs.

At Cabot Citrus Farms, we invite our guests to enjoy our dining restaurants and outlets in comfortable, resort casual attire.

Resort Guests are welcome to contact our Concierge team to book a table at Grange Hall or use Open Table to book reservations.

At this time, our other dining outlets are available on a first-come, first-served basis — we look forward to welcoming you!

The maximum group size you can book through OpenTable is 8 guests. For larger parties, please contact our Concierge team directly—they’ll be happy to assist you with your reservation.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring in a special bottle of your own. Our corkage fee is $50 per 750ml bottle. For larger formats, the fee is $100 for a magnum and $200 for a double magnum.

Our Resort is pet-friendly! There is a one-time charge of $50 plus taxes per stay for the deep cleaning of your room. If you wish to stay in a private home, please inquire with our Reservations team on pet-friendly availability.

Golf Attire: Collared shirts, golf-specific mock necks, and athletic wear are welcome

Casual Attire: In dining areas, resort casual is encouraged
